Job Description
Sacramento ABA Therapy is looking for a proactive, energetic person to work full-time in our clinic. We serve kids on the spectrum using scientifically backed Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
This program is drafted and supervised by our clinical director - a recognized Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience as a RBT.
- Affection working in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work on your own or in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and use ABA therapy plans custom-tailored by our BCBAs.
- Provide individual and group behavior modification sessions with kids.
- Collect and submit vital information on progress during and after therapy sessions.
- Communicate with team members, including BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic administrators, to review and adjust the program particulars as needed.
- Promote meaningful connections and develop social skills and appropriate behaviors.
- Conduct appropriate assessments and reinforcement procedures to improve motivation and engagement.
- Stay in touch with parents and caregivers to maintain an integrative approach to treatment.
- Participate in team meetings and training webinars to power up professional development.
- Adhere to all ethical standards in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Position: Full-time.
Salary: $20-25/hr.
