Behavior Therapist (RBT) - Broken Arrow, OK Clinic Based At Behavioral Innovations

Looking for a RBT who will team with experts and implement best practice child-specific ABA programs, analyze data, and track client progress for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Setup of incidental learning opportunities
• Keeping the child engaged in sessions
• Teaching appropriate play and social skills
• Reinforcement of desired behaviors
• Work with other team members to serve client and family

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• An individual that loves working with children 10 and under
• Preferred experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Time management, observation, and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Reliable transportation is required
