As a BCBA in this position with Elemy you will be able to use a full skill set.
Responsibilities will include the following but may also involve other tasks:
- Assessments of children in the caseload both initial and annual re-assessments
 - Creation of treatment plans that meet the needs of the family and insurance company requirements
 - Supervision of RBTs while present
 - Develop and conduct parent training sessions
 - Provide timely documentation that provides necessary information for procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
 - Communication to clients and treatment teams in accordance with industry standards
 - Utilize appropriate computer access that maintains confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines, including use of social media
 - Coordinate with other service providers
 - Adhere to company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including required trainings
 - Adaptability to changes in schedule and environment
 
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
 - Current BCBA Certification
 - Applicable license to practice within the state hired
 - Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
 - Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
 - Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
 - Strong oral and written communication skills
 - Willing to travel if necessary
 - Successful completion of a background check
