  • Starting pay of $15, then increasing to $20.00 per hour after obtaining RBT certification

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to patients’ homes to provide early intervention therapy (one location per day). At most, you will have two clients per week.
  • Work with children by helping them learn how to communicate, play, and learn
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support
  • Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age; a bachelor’s in psychology is a huge plus
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to obtain certification after job offer and before your start date
  • Reliable transportation to and from patient homes
  • Enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of the job offer
  • You enjoy caring for children
