Benefits and Perks for Full Time In-home Behavior Technicians:
- Starting pay of $15, then increasing to $20.00 per hour after obtaining RBT certification

 - Work with experienced BCBAs and Register Behavior Technician Trainers
 
Responsibilities:
- Travel to patients’ homes to provide early intervention therapy (one location per day). At most, you will have two clients per week.
 - Work with children by helping them learn how to communicate, play, and learn
 - Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support
 - Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately
 - Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
 
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age; a bachelor’s in psychology is a huge plus
 - Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to obtain certification after job offer and before your start date
 - Reliable transportation to and from patient homes
 - Enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of the job offer
 - You enjoy caring for children
