Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - In-Person/School-Based - Santa Maria, CA At Elemy

As a BCBA in this position you will be doing the follow:

• Implement and Oversee the ABA Program for school system
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments
• Create and provide  parent training and support programs
• Provide supervision for Behavior Technicians & Instructional Assistants either in-person and/or virtual
• Provide encouragement for Behavior Technicians & Instructional Assistants
• Create and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
• Interact with Elemy National Coding, Billing, and Insurance Teams that meet Payor Requirements and submission deadlines
• Produce training and provide support to RBTs and BCBAs

What You'll Need:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
• Current BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within the state hired
• Minimum 3 years experience of ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
• Experience in school-based settings
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
