You need to be an established certified BCBA that is excited to serve with a team of BCBAs and RBTs who want to support you. Need to someone that enjoys meeting new families and helping them in their ABA journey. Have a desire to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members. A desire to train others by using your skills to effectively train your peers, therapists, and families. You are interested in applying your behavior analytic skills to individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, and clinical needs. You must be driven, self-motivated, excel at managing your time, and are dedicated to changing the lives of individuals in need of ABA therapy.
Our job is to empower you and do everything we can to make your work life enjoyable, and to help you best serve your clients. We value your expertise, your experience, and your feedback. We focus closely on creating connections and collaborative work relationships with both your local team and with team members across the country. Everyone at TBH is always there to answer questions and share their knowledge every step of the way. We know we have a lot to learn from you and we’re eager for your background and experiences to shape ours.
We believe learning and development is something that should occur organically and be ingrained in everything you do as a clinician at our company. We will create free opportunities for you to continue learning and developing naturally, flexibly, and in a way that caters to your interests. We provide clinical structure (e.g., hundreds of skill acquisition program templates, clinical quality guidance, report templates), but not so much that you don’t have freedom to individualize your treatment approach.
We know you are a multi-dimensional human being and that you have a fulfilling, fun, enjoyable, life outside of work. We strive to give you a schedule that supports a healthy work/life balance. We are asking that you provide on average 25 hours per week of billable client case management, but understand things come up and we also understand that certain things are out of our control. You have the flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed to best support your clients and take care of yourself.
