Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral therapy strategies to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA principles and techniques.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Familiarity with data collection methods for tracking client progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in practice and maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
