Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral interventions and therapy strategies
- Collect and analyze data on patient progress and behavior
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral techniques
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in patient care, specifically working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Strong understanding of special education principles
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
