Full job description

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to help design and implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your support will play a key role in promoting meaningful progress for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
  • Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze behavior data to assess progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Help train caregivers and staff in ABA strategies to ensure consistency across settings.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • BCaBA certification required and in good standing.
  • Solid understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong documentation, data collection, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
