What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Active BCBA® certification and state licensure (if required).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clear background check.
Bonus Points:
- Experience supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT®).
- Proficiency in assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AIM, PEAK).
- Skills in caregiver education.
- Hands-on experience with autistics.
- Creative, solution-focused approach to treatment plans.
