Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: −Supervise ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorders. −Design individualized ABA programs in various settings. −Schedule regular home visits, provide parent coaching, and ensure clients receive optimal interventions. −Collaborate with BCBA, conduct assessments, and lead staff training. −Caseload includes direct, telehealth and indirect hours −This position involves in-person and remote elements. Remote tasks include team meetings, client debriefs, and report writing. Qualifications/Requirements: −Must have 2 years experience in ABA. 1 year of ABA sessions experience, 6 months as a Supervisor (preferred) −Experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services. −BCaBA certification −Bachelor’s Degree, or Master's program enrollment −Bilingual candidates welcome. −At least 18 years old −Authorized to work in the US.
