Our mission is unwavering. “We Reveal the SUPER in Every Child” and transform children’s lives in truly amazing, holistic ways through collaborative ABA, Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapies and so much more.
At MetroEHS, our goal is to provide excellent therapy services to the families that trust in us.
The core values of our services include: Early Intervention, Intensive Intervention, Play-Based Intervention, and Discharge Planning. Each MetroEHS therapist abides by their respective profession’s Clinical Best Practices and often, the treatment provided by each therapist overlaps, thus providing a clinical Venn Diagram delivery of services. This overlap of service provides a very strong, harmonious delivery of clinical support, not only to the child who receives the services but also to the parent.
We work diligently to better assess, understand, and address the often-complex nature of developmental delays and the social challenges of children in our care to make an impact on improving the overall health of our clients and providing client-centered treatment. We are committed to the continued education of our entire staff in best practices, the latest techniques, and research to enhance our ability in providing services that greatly benefit the health and lives of children and their families.

METROEHS PEDIATRIC THERAPY CORE VALUES
Early Intervention: MetroEHS prioritizes early intervention in pediatric therapy as it is critical to leverage the brain's neuroplasticity in early childhood, enabling more effective development of essential skills such as speech, motor function, behavioral health, and social interaction. Timely and intensive support can significantly mitigate developmental delays and improve long-term outcomes, enhancing the child's ability to achieve their full potential.
Intensive Intervention: Intensive early intervention is vital as it capitalizes on the brain’s neuroplasticity by focusing and providing consistent support tailored to the child's specific needs occurring five times a week. This approach accelerates progress in critical developmental areas, helping children overcome significant challenges more efficiently. It fosters skill acquisition and behavioral improvements, enabling better integration into daily life and maximizing a child’s long-term potential.
Play Based Intervention: Play-based therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses play as a way for children to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Utilizing the natural language of play helps children process complex feelings, develop problem-solving skills, and improve social and emotional well-being. Through guided activities like role-playing, storytelling, or using toys, MetroEHS therapists create a safe and supportive environment that encourages self-expression and builds trust, enabling children to work through challenges at their own pace.
Discharge Planning: Discharge planning at MetroEHS is essential to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to everyday life. It provides a clear roadmap for maintaining and building on the progress made during treatment. By collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, discharge planning identifies ongoing needs, sets realistic goals, and connects families to community resources or follow-up services. This process helps support the child’s long-term development, reduces the risk of setbacks, and empowers families to confidently manage care at home as well as making the child successful in their future classroom experience.
