Behavior Therapists or RBTs. No experience – No worries. We provide paid training and flexible schedules.

• You’ll work directly with children with special needs in the comfort of their home
• They learn new skills and grow through fun, supportive therapy
• Get hands-on experience (Great for those studying to become a speech or occupational therapist. You’re in the right place for psychology, education or healthcare majors).

You are a great fit if You:

• Love working with children
• Are dependable, patient, friendly, and eager to learn

• Are a high school graduate or currently in college
• Have curiosity about a career in behavior therapy

Your Job Duties:

• Provider of Positive Reinforcement
• Work 1:1 with children in the comfort of their home supported by caring colleagues and supervisors
• Support social learning and behavioral development through implementation of therapeutic interventions created by experienced clinicians  

Where? Ability to commute to one of these locations:

We work diligently to schedule your clients within 30 minutes of your home to minimize commute time.
